Meet the people behind Callander IDA Pharmacy — committed to your health and the Lake Nipissing community we call home.
Callander IDA Pharmacy is independently owned by Andrew Awadalla and run day-to-day by a small, dedicated team — committed to keeping community pharmacy alive and well in northern Ontario.
Owner
Andrew owns several IDA pharmacies across northern Ontario and is passionate about rural communities and the high-level care they deserve. From Callander to Mattawa to beyond, he's committed to serving the towns that rely most heavily on their local pharmacy — investing in the people, services, and relationships that keep small towns thriving, one neighbour at a time.
Pharmacy Manager
Kimberley leads day-to-day pharmacy operations and patient care with genuine passion — generously giving of herself to ensure every customer gets the personalized service Callander has come to expect.

Callander sits on the south shore of Lake Nipissing, just south of North Bay — a town defined by the lake, the Southeast Bay Lighthouse, and a tight-knit community where neighbours look out for one another. Callander IDA Pharmacy has long been a quiet anchor of small-town health here, serving families across Callander, Lake Nipissing's south shore, and the surrounding region.
We believe healthcare should feel like a conversation with a trusted neighbour — not a transaction at a counter. That's why we take the time to know you by name (in English or French), answer every question thoughtfully, and go the extra mile with services like blister packs, minor ailments care, and personal medication reviews.
